Shipping:

Orders over $150 ship FREE to BC, AB, SK & MB. Orders over $350 ship FREE to the rest of Canada. For our friends south of the boarder, your orders ship for free when you spend $500 CAD or more. 

Consignment pieces are excluded from any free shipping offer; full shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us with you postal code to acquire a shipping quote.

    • Orders over $150 ship FREE* 
    • Orders under $150, $18 shipping charge
      • *Bulky items, regardless of value, will incur a $22 shipping charge

        **Calgary Saddlery is not responsible for any import charges or duties incurred by the customer for shipments traveling to the USA or internationally. 

        All packages are sent with Canada Post via their expedited service with tracking. Tracking number's will be forwarded to you once your item(s) are packaged. Need your package faster? Please contact us to arrange priority shipping; customer will be responsible for paying the additional cost for priority shipping. 

         

        Returns: 

        Helmets, Safety Vests & Canisters, Riding Boots and any custom orders are final sale!

        New/Regular priced merchandise purchased in store will be accepted for a full-refund within 7 days of purchase; Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

        • Are in the same condition they left the store.
        • Tags are attached.
        • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
        • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

        New/Regular priced merchandise purchased online will be accepted for a refund if Calgary Saddlery is notified of the return within 7 day of receiving your online order. Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

        • Are in the same condition they left the store.
        • Tags are attached.
        • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
        • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

        Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Your refund will be processed once your item(s) have arrived in store. The shipping costs incurred by Calgary Saddlery to originally ship your item(s) to you will be deducted from your refunded amount.

        Discounted/Sale merchandise purchased in store are final sale.

        Discounted/Sale merchandise ordered online will be accepted for a store credit refund if Calgary Saddlery is notified of the return within 7 day of receiving your online order. Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:  

        • Are in the same condition they left the store.
        • Tags are attached.
        • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
        • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

        Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Your refund will be processed once your item(s) have arrived in store. If we shipped your item(s) for free, the shipping costs incurred by Calgary Saddlery to originally ship these item(s) to you will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your order incurred a shipping charge, this shipping amount will not be refunded.  

        Consignment tack purchased online or instore will be accepted for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your item if it meets all of the below criteria:

        • Is in the same condition it left the store in.
        • Tags attached. 
        • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
        • Is accompanied by its original invoice.
        • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above 

        All shipping costs for consignment items are the buyers responsibility & will not be refunded in the case of the product(s) being returned. 

        Consignment clothing/riding boots purchased instore are final sale. 

        Consignment clothing/riding boots purchased online will be accepted for a full refund if Calgary Saddlery is notified of the return within 7 day of receiving your online order. Returned item(s) must meet all of the below criteria:

        • Is in the same condition it left the store in.
        • Tags attached. 
        • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
        • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above 

        All shipping costs for consignment items are the buyers responsibility & will not be refunded in the case of the product(s) being returned.

         

        Cancelled Orders:

        Online orders may be cancelled by the client anytime prior to your order shipping. Custom orders may not be cancelled for any circumstance. Online orders cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee is in placed to recoup the credit card processing fees that we lose on your cancelled transaction. 

        If for any reason Calgary Saddlery cancels your order no restocking fee will be charged.
